The Asset Financing solution of the InFoReX system was created through the integration of several modules. It is designed to cover the entire asset financing process from contacting the customer to closing the deal.

ASSET FINANCING FRONT OFFICE SYSTEM

The InFoReX Asset Financing Front Office module is an integral part of the financier's trading system. This module is designed to support traders, manage financing requests and support the contracting process.

This module offers the following functions:
Trader module (with Web access)
The trader module is used to inform trading partners, generate automatic offers to customers, manage offers, receive and monitor customer requests for funds. The trader module also supports commission calculation.

Management of requests for funding
Our system has a Work Flow-based case management module which makes it possible to define the scope of responsibility, attach documents to each step and adjust parameters according to the administrative procedures carried out by the user. The following tasks can be integrated into the process: maintenance of funding requests, support for technical inspection, credit rating, scoring, decision making (automated and/or individual), repayment schedule offers, contract drafting, checking function, transfer of cases to Back Office.

CREDIT BACK OFFICE

Credit-related accounting tasks are carried out automatically in the integrated InFoReX system. Accounting steps taken with respect to clients registered in the Credit module are shown in analytical accounts automatically and users can change the related parameters. This means that the system can generate up-to-date analytical records at any time.

Instalments paid by customers, as well as prepayments and arrears are recorded automatically in the system.

The system supports customer correspondence during the crediting process, the parameters of letters are adjustable in the system and various customer notifications are generated automatically throughout the transaction lifetime.

WORK OUT MANAGEMENT

This module is designed to manage contracts that have been terminated and handed over for collection. After receiving contract details, this module also supports the collection process and documents each step.

Functions of this module include:
- Management of collection sheets
- Support for contract restoration
- Placement of assets in registered premises, management of the status of premises
- Support for the technical inspection of decommissioned assets, support for evaluations
- Support for forced sales
- Management of problematic contracts
