We built our Project Manager WEB application for this purpose, which not only allows our customers to contact us quickly, but it can also be used to check the status of reported cases and requested developments.
In addition to our maintenance services, we assume a legislation monitoring obligation, that is, we either adjust or redesign our IT solutions in order to ensure compliance with legislative changes.
