MONITORING SERVICES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

FX Software provides maintenance services with respect to the InFoReX Financial Solutions System implemented at our customers. Our objective is to customize our high-quality services according to the individual needs of our customers. We offer contractual maintenance obligations on the basis of our customers' requirements and the operations of the given system.

In order to maintain high service standards, we continuously add new methods to the existing forms of contact. We built our Project Manager WEB application for this purpose, which not only allows our customers to contact us quickly, but it can also be used to check the status of reported cases and requested developments.

In addition to our maintenance services, we assume a legislation monitoring obligation, that is, we either adjust or redesign our IT solutions in order to ensure compliance with legislative changes.
